Legal Services

Surfside Beach is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide legal support. The selected firm will attend all Council and special meetings, provide review for all personnel matters, ordinances and give general legal advice pertaining to the town. Please send qualification statements with a cover letter on typical rates and charges to Jan Lewis.

Network Management and Technical Support Services

Surfside Beach is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide Computer Technology Support. The selected firm must have more than 10 years networking and server experience in a Windows environment, Experience with Windows Server 2008 configuration and the ability to configure VLans and other special networks for emergency services a must. Must have a successful track record in network troubleshooting, PC repair and an excellent working knowledge of website technology. Requests for Qualifications (Requests close at 5 PM on November 21):

Planning

Surfside Beach desires to obtain the services of a qualified and experienced planning firm to render technical/professional services primarily with regard to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan and Building and Zoning issues. The successful firm will be required to attend Town Planning & Zoning and Appeals Commission meetings. Please submit a company resume of studies and projects and cost range analysis for services. Project Engineering

The Town of Surfside Beach requests qualifications from engineering firms for the purpose of assistance with technical and/or construction projects. Please submit a company resume of recent projects, services and a cost range analysis for these services. The interested firm must demonstrate ability to render services for storm water, various construction projects and design.
